What are Bobby Knight and Digger Phelps up to these days? They're sharing a 2 for $20 at Applebee's, of course. The two are enjoying a meal, allegedly bonding over some of Applebee's entrees.
A buzzer-beater sets Phelps off, yelling at Knight before gently he gently knocks over a stool. Knight steals the show, telling Phelps he has anger issues before claiming "that's not how you throw a chair." Give Knight credit for being able to poke some fun at himself.
At the same time, it's a bit tough to watch two coaching legends at this stage of their career. There are plenty of jokes we could make about two old men eating at Applebee's (especially considering Applebee's surrounded them by youthful adults), but we'll take the high road. After eating at Applebee's, Knight and Phelps have probably suffered enough.
