This is Bean Baby Fart Captain, perhaps the greatest name of a doll ever, and apparently after feeding this little dolly she gets a bit gassy. You can relieve the little one by pressing on her stomach, which will make her break wind like Aunt Bethany in Christmas Vacation. Once she starts farting, natural progression takes over and you need to put her on the potty. And, just like the farting, it feels like they took it a step too far.
