Mercedes-Benz has the most distracting car ever made

In this day and age, more and more states are enacting laws that prohibit us from texting while driving.  In California, you cannot even be talking on your cell phone.  Why?  Because it distracts the driver from the task at hand and puts themselves, and other motorists, at a higher risk for accident.

So that being the case, why on Earth would one of the biggest luxury brand car makers think it is a good idea to put a, for lack of a better term, computer on the dashboard of their car?  Not that this hasn't been done before, but this includes more than your standard GPS.  This Mercedes is equipped with Google, Breaking News, Yelp and…worst of all…Facebook.

I know how much productivity is lost at work on Facebook.  Hell, I am the poster child for it.  Now take that convenience and put it at the finger tips of a person driving a 2 ton wrecking ball and what do you think the end result will be?

They need to add "Probably kill myself and others" to the list of things they can do with the new mBrace2 system from Mercedes-Benz.
